Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the Material Hub Importer browser extension (the “Extension”) handles information. The Extension is provided by NextGen Project Management Systems Private Limited and NextGen Impact Inc (together, “Goodera”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

This policy applies to the Extension. Information held in Material Hub or in a Goodera account is also governed by Goodera’s Privacy Policy. If the two policies address the same subject, Goodera’s Privacy Policy controls for information stored on Goodera’s systems.

1. Who this policy covers

The Extension is a business productivity tool for people who have a Goodera account and permission to use Material Hub. It is not directed at children. Use by anyone under 18 years of age is not permitted.

2. What the Extension does

When you have a supported Amazon product page open and you open the Extension, it shows product details from that page. You may then create a new material record in Material Hub, or add a variant to an existing material record.

Product details stay on your device until you choose to save them. Opening the Extension does not, by itself, send product details to Goodera.

3. Information the Extension handles

The Extension does not:

• ask for your name, email address, or password;
• keep a list of websites you visit;
• use advertising networks, analytics services, or other third-party tracking technologies; or
• sell or rent information.

4. How information is used

We use the information described above only to:

• confirm that you are signed in to Goodera;
• show you a draft based on the product page you have open; and
• create or update Material Hub records when you ask the Extension to do so.

We do not use this information for advertising or to market products to you.

5. Storage and retention

The Extension does not keep product details on your device after you close it. If you close the Extension without saving, the draft is discarded.

If you save a record, the details you submit are stored in Material Hub. Retention of that information follows Goodera’s Privacy Policy and your organization’s agreement with Goodera.

6. Sharing

We do not share information handled by the Extension with third parties for advertising or marketing. Information you save is processed on Goodera’s systems as part of Material Hub.

We may disclose information if required by law, or where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Goodera, our users, or the public.

7. Where the Extension operates

The Extension is designed to work on supported Amazon product pages and with Goodera’s Material Hub services. It does not operate on other websites.

8. Security

Requests to Goodera are sent over HTTPS. The Extension does not ask for, store, or receive your Goodera password. Signing in and signing out are handled on Goodera’s websites.

9. Your choices

You decide whether any product details are saved. Closing the Extension without saving discards the draft.

To review, correct, or delete a Material Hub record, contact your Material Hub administrator or Goodera’s Data Protection Officer at privacy@goodera.com. You may also exercise the rights described in Goodera’s Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above and post the current version at this URL.
